2. What data we collect
This is a static marketing website. We do not use contact forms, web analytics, advertising pixels, or social-media trackers. The only personal data we process is:
- Server log data — when you visit, our web server automatically records your IP address, date and time, the requested URL, the browser / user-agent string, and the referring URL. This is standard technical information required to deliver the page and keep the service secure.
- Google Fonts request data — to display typography, this page loads font files from Google (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). In the process, Google may receive your IP address and other request metadata.
We do not set tracking cookies on this website and we do not create visitor profiles.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Server logs — to deliver the page, maintain stability and security, and detect or prevent abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Google Fonts — to display readable typography. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can prevent this transfer by blocking third-party requests in your browser.
4. Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies. The Google Fonts service may set technical cookies, which you can control or delete through your browser settings. Most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” option or a private browsing mode that limits third-party requests.
5. Third parties
- Google LLC — supplies web fonts and may process request data, including your IP address, in the United States, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Hosting and DNS providers — process server log data as processors on our behalf, under contract.
We do not sell personal data to any third party, and we do not use your data for advertising.
6. About the systems we build for clients
This policy covers only this website. Where InterConn designs and builds custom chat or communication systems for a client, any personal data processed through those systems is governed by the agreement and data-processing terms signed with that client. If you are an end-user of a system we built, please contact the relevant business for the privacy policy that applies to you.
7. Data retention
Server log data is kept only for the limited period necessary for security and troubleshooting, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not maintain long-term profiles of website visitors.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit and restricted access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, but we work to protect your data to the extent reasonably possible.
9. Your rights under the GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] or +36 30 602 6863. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection supervisory authority.
10. International data transfers
Google processes font-request data in the United States under standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Our hosting is EU-based, so server log data remains within the EU to the extent practical.
11. Children
This website is not directed at individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected such data inadvertently, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above indicates the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
